I bring certifications in Health Coaching (Precision Nutrition), Strength and Conditioning (Mike Boyle & Joel Jamison), and over a decade of personal training experience, along with a foundation in women’s empowerment and gender justice.

I specialize in high-intensity functional training, recovery and resilience outside the gym, mindset coaching, and supporting the unique needs of women and femmes.
