The next Femme Fit Camp happening August 3rd, next Sunday, from 4–6:30 p.m. at Loren Miller Recreation Center (2717 S Halldale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90018) in West Adams / Jefferson Park.
Event Details:
📸 We’re coming together to mingle and bond and hit the photo booth, the swag station, and the temporary tattoos from 4:00–4:30, and then Hot Gurl+ Stretch begins at 4:30 sharp!
💦 After Hot Gurl+ Stretch, we’ll have a little time to hydrate and mingle more, and then we’ll have our cozy community chat:
“What does mental health and well-being mean to you?” with many people from the community joining in to sound off and share their wisdom.
🌅 We will have ended our program by between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m., and everyone is welcome to stay and mingle in the park as long as we’d like. Think Golden Hour and sunset vibes. ✨🌞

June was our first EVER Fmme Fit Camp, and WOW was it SPECIAL! We came together in the heart of LA to move our bodies, celebrate one another, build Fmme Strng community, and enjoy a beautiful day outside. What a special time. <3

Maya in Bloom hosted a grounding and iconic Hot Gurl Gardening: Healing with Aloe Vera workshop. Each Femme Fittie took home a baby Aloe Vera pup to care for (and make skincare recipes with!). We love you, Femme Fitties! Thank you for coming!!!
